His recent research is focusing on the intersection of sustainability and financial technology, as well as biodiversity and health.

Dr. Tenghui Wang is currently a Post-doctoral Fellow in Finance at the HKU Business School. She obtained her PhD from Peking University. Her research covers empirical corporate finance, financial intermediation, climate change, household behavior and policy analysis. She has research published on leading journals such as Management Science and Accounting and Business Research.

Ruoran Zhao is a Research Fellow – Financing Climate Solutions at the University of Edinburgh Business School B-CCaS Centre. Her research interests are deep roots of financial development such as culture and legal institutions, climate finance, Fin-tech, and gender bias in financial markets. Her papers are published in Journal of Business Research, and Journal of International Financial Markets, Institutions and Money.
